Jeff Walters launched Jeff Walters Diamonds in October of 1998 in Barrie Ontario, where the hype and mystery shrouding the business of diamonds and gold was unveiled; the mantle removed. Jeff empowers his clients by explaining diamond-rating specs, by teaching the properties and mining practices of various metals and by demonstrating the jewellery manufacturing process, from the wax die on up.
