Refund Policy

1. Due to the nature or our business, our refund policy is divided into three parts.
   There is a full refund within 15 days from date of purchase for all Non-custom in-store jewellery.
2. If there has been a discount or sale price given at time of purchase of all Non-custom in-store jewellery, then there will not be a refund policy in effect. In this case, our exchange policy for 45 days from date of purchase takes over.
3. There is a 50% refund within 15 days from date of purchase for all Custom Jewellery. The 50% withheld will apply as a store credit and may be used at any time. As well, this store credit is transferable.

Exchange Policy

All items of jewellery have an exchange policy for 45 days from date of purchase. This policy applies to both Non-custom and Custom jewellery.

Stone Setting Policy

If a diamond or gemstone falls out of its setting within 5 years from date of purchase, simply return the ring along with the stone, to Jeff Walters Diamonds and we will reset the stone at no charge to you. However, in the event the stone or setting has been damaged, there will be an appropriate charge for this. This charge will be based on VIP pricing.

Appraisal Policy

All diamond jewellery valued over $1,500 is subject to a free appraisal at the time of purchase. We use independent appraisal companies providing unbiased opinions of value.

The Man Policy

We know that men are difficult to buy for. In recognition of their extraordinary nature, all in-store jewellery purchases for men come with a 60 day exchange or refund policy. This means he gets to wear the jewellery you bought him for a full 59 days before he decides if he likes it or not. This policy applies only to in store ready-made jewellery. Our Refund/Exchange policy slides into effect for all custom-made jewellery.

Online Quoting Policy

It is our company policy not to discuss price over the internet unless otherwise stated on an item of jewellery. However, we will make any item of jewellery in your price range, thereby adjusting both quality and size of stones accordingly. If you wish to discuss price, please call or come into the store.

Our "Don't Worry if She Doesn't Like It" policy

Of course you want her to love the ring you choose for her, however, if for any reason the design doesn't thrill her, we'll be happy to redesign it at no extra charge.
