About Jeff
With over 30 years in the jewellery industry, Jeff has been visualizing a new concept in the jewellery business. Jeff Walters Diamonds has transformed buying jewellery into a pleasant, entertaining experience. The store and online showcase has been designed around his customers, so that they feel comfortable and in control.
Jeff suscinctly says, "Having worked in my father's jewellery stores over the years, I developed this new system of running a business. It became clear to me over time that customers wanted to be shown how to make an informed decision around diamonds. Hence, Jeff Walters Diamonds has become a learning environment."
All of the staff have been fully versed in the workings of a jewellery factory. Jeff personally takes them on mini tours of the factory so that they can receive a first hand intro into the world of jewellery making and repair. Jeff feels that his customers are the ones who really benefit from this, "When my staff know, my customers know. It's that simple."
One of our showrooms feature showcases with no glass barriers. Over a thousand sample rings are open for you to touch and feel, without supervision. Our designed jewellery in the store have price tags, so there's no mystery. All of our designs can be altered in any way you wish, to suit both your budget and your sense of style.
Jeff and his team use state-of-the-art technology to help you select or design that perfect piece of jewellery. Experienced craftsmen produce your jewelry according to your instructions.
