Refund Policy

There is a full refund within 15 days from the date that the item of jewellery has left the store, for non-custom in-store jewellery. Due to the uniqueness of manufacturing, all custom jewellery will receive a 75% store credit, within 15 days from the time the item of jewellery left the store. There is not a refund policy in effect on all discounted or sale priced non-custom in-store jewellery. In this case, our exchange policy for 45 days from the time the item leaves the store takes effect. Exchange Policy All non-custom purchases have a 45 day exchange policy from the date the item of jewellery left the store.

Ring Sizing Policy

With this purchase comes free ring cleaning in our ultra sonic machine anytime you want to drop by the store. We will also provide one free ring sizing within 3 months from date of purchase.

Engagement & Wedding Band Ring Policy

When buying both engagement ring and wedding bands from Jeff Walters Diamonds, you will receive ONE free buffing and cleaning prior to your wedding day.

Costume & Silver Jewellery Policy

With this purchase comes a 60 day manufacturer’s warranty.

Stone Setting Policy

If a diamond or gemstone falls out of its setting within 6 months from date of purchase, simply return the ring along with the stone, to Jeff Walters Diamonds and we will reset the stone at no charge to you. However, in the event the stone or setting has been damaged, there will be an appropriate charge for this. This charge will be based on VIP pricing.

Appraisal Policy

All diamond jewellery valued over $1,500 is subject to a free appraisal at the time of purchase. We use independent appraisal companies providing unbiased opinions of value.

Online Quoting Policy

It is our company policy not to show prices on our web site. However, we will make any item of jewellery in your price range, thereby adjusting both quality and size of stones accordingly. If you wish to discuss price, please call or come into the store.

Our "Don't Worry if She Doesn't Like It" policy

Of course you want her to love the ring you choose for her, however, if for any reason the design doesn't thrill her, we'll be happy to make adjustments or redesign it at no extra charge unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.
