Policies
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is split up into two parts.
- There is a full refund within 15 days from date of purchase for all Non-custom in-store jewellery.
- There is a 75% refund within 15 days from date of purchase for all Custom Jewellery. The 25% withheld will apply as a store credit and may be used within 6 months from date of return.
Exchange Policy
All items of jewellery have an exchange policy for 45 days from date of purchase. This policy applies to both Non-custom and Custom jewellery.
Stone Setting Policy
If a diamond or gemstone falls out of its setting within 5 years from date of purchase, simply return the ring along with the stone, to Jeff Walters Diamonds Ltd. and we will reset the stone at no charge to you.
Appraisal Policy
It is highly recommended that all jewellery be independently appraised at your earliest convenience and to have it insured by a reputable insurance company. All diamond jewellery valued over $1,500 is subject to a free appraisal at the time of purchase. We use independent appraisal companies providing unbiased opinions of value.
The Man Policy
We know that men are difficult to buy for. In recognition of their extraordinary nature, all in-store jewellery purchases for men come with a 60 day exchange or refund policy. This means he gets to wear the jewellery you
bought him for a full 59 days before he decides if he likes it or not. This policy applies only to in store ready-made jewellery and does not include custom-made jewellery.
Online Quoting Policy
It is our company policy not to discuss price over the internet unless otherwise stated on an item of jewellery. However, we will make any item of jewellery in your price range, thereby adjusting both quality and size of stones accordingly. If you wish to discuss price, please call or come into the store.
